About a four block walk into Breckenridge, this complex is comprised of five separate buildings with a common hot tub area at the south end. Made up of mostly 2 & 3 bedroom units, all of these have private one car garages while the few studio & 1 BR floorplans have only surface parking available. Ski access is relatively easy ... cross the street, jump on a bit of a push trail and you are at the Snowflake lift in a few minutes. At the end of a ski day, you can take the Snowflake trail most of the way down, cross a pedestrian easement, and be home after about a two block walk. All owners and guests have access to the newly renovated Upper Village pool area.
